OK here goes...Last night Ryan came home from a double header softball game(s) at 9:45pm And the minute I looked at him I knew something was wrong. After a LONG and RESTLESS night we went to our normal Dr. then to the Orthopedic Dr. and after all is said and done, here's what was said to us...
you have 3 "strands" in your ham string, Ryan tore 2 of them. If you tear 1 your just in pain but you will be ok in a couple days, you tear 3 and its surgery, you tear 2 and yay no surgery but its gonna take awhile to heal. So here is what Ryan is doing for the next few days (up to 10 days)
1. rest
2. ice
3. wrap it up (ace bandage)
4. elevation
Then we went and got passports for out trip to Mexico for Thanksgiving
Then the boys went with friend to "Bounce" And Ryan stayed home and had some R&R
And Amber went to dinner with Andie aka Tyler's girlfriend
